Delete your account

Last updated: 2026-05-21

This page explains how to request deletion of your Vocser account and data associated with it for Vocser (com.vocser.app) by Vocser, including the Android app on Google Play.

How to request account deletion

Follow these steps for Vocser (com.vocser.app) by Vocser. We use the email address tied to your Vocser sign-in to verify your identity.

  1. Use your account email. Send requests from the same email you use to sign in, or sign in before opening a support ticket.
  2. Submit your request. Signed in: open Help → Support tickets → New ticket. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and state whether you want your user profile removed, your entire organization deleted, or (for data-only requests) which categories or records should be removed.
  3. If you cannot sign in, email us at vocser7@gmail.com or through Help → Support tickets after you sign in. Include your name, organization name (if applicable), and what you want deleted.
  4. Organization-wide deletion. Only a company owner or administrator can authorize deletion of all organization data. We will confirm that authorization before removing company-scoped records.
  5. Verification. We may reply to confirm your request or ask for additional information.
  6. Completion. After verification, we aim to complete deletion within 30 calendar days unless a longer period is required by law. We will confirm when processing is finished.

What we delete

When your account or organization deletion is approved and processed, we remove the following from active Vocser systems:

  • Sign-in credentials and user profile (name, email, role within your organization)
  • Business data stored for your organization: customers, jobs and work orders, time entries, expenses, notes, photos and attachments, inventory, assets, quotes, invoices, and related records scoped to your company
  • Voice events (audio-derived transcripts and structured results) tied to your organization
  • In-app support tickets you submitted, when your user or organization is deleted as part of the request
